Agricultural Project in Sittanunku, Northbank, The Gambia - January 2012

20 UK volunteers travelled to Sittanunku to help the villagers set up a Football Academy Farm equipped with 2 professionally dug water boreholes, robust pumps and hoses, fence the whole area (50 x 200 metres) to stop animals from eating the crops.
This project enables Sittanunku village to grow crops all year round which will provide vegetables for the community and allow them to generate an income.

Charity football match in The Gambia

44 UK people travelled to The Gambia in January 2011 to participate in a mixture of Community Work and Football Coaching.
The team consisted of Ernst & Young employees, Middlesex University staff & students and UK Qualified Football Coaches - including International Freestyle Footballer Billy Wingrove.

Cycle the Length of Gambia

A team of 14 people cycled the length of Gambia
Climbing Snowdon

Founder Ian and his Partner Christabel braved the cold and danger of climbing Mount Snowdon in Wales.
They succesfully reached the summit.

Cycle Gambia - June 2009

Cycle Gambia was the first event organised by Founder, Ian Stapleton. Ian and 4 friends cycled from Enfield in Middlesex to St.Albans in Hertfordshire and back again.
The total mileage was 32 miles and lunch was kindly provided by "Palms" in St.Albans.
